In industrial granulation, the rotor and blades must correspond to the size and behavior of the material. ZERMA’s GSH range allows you to analyze a construction intended for demanding jobs without converting a catalog description into a guarantee for any residue.
Review the offered configuration
ZERMA describes its GSH granulators with robust construction and rotor and cutter variants depending on the application. Confirm what options the specific machine incorporates, its admissible feed and the conditions for treating the intended material.
Relate input and output size
Define maximum dimensions of the waste and required granulometry. Record contamination and material temperature where applicable. The screen and the condition of the blades affect the process; High apparent production must be checked against rejection, fines and recirculation.
Order blades with complete identification
Include model, serial number, rotor or stator position, reference and dimensions. Review variants of holes and supports. Upon receipt of the set, check compliance with the approved drawing and service limits. To compare tool life, use equivalent lots and record sharpening, wear, and changeover time. The photograph of a ZERMA blade in the catalog does not demonstrate compatibility with all GSHs.

Frequently asked question
Can the replacement be chosen only by length?
No. Geometry, fixings, thickness, material and equipment reference must also match the specification.
