We have discs for sprayers in diameters from 180 to 900 mm, made of 1.2379 (D2) steel and heat treated throughout its section to obtain a hardness of 56–58 HRC, with triple tempering. We can supply them with different numbers of teeth and cutting angles, depending on the material to be processed. Standard measurements and configurations are available from stock.
Segments are manufactured in sets to ensure precise assembly. In addition, the discs and segments can incorporate coatings that lengthen the interval between sharpening and contribute to improving the quality of the powder. Ask our team about options for titanium nitride (TiN) and other high-performance coatings, such as TiAlN.
